The Studio S experience is unlike any other. Each and every session is tailored to meet your needs. Before creating your portraits, Studio S will work with you to understand your expectations, desires, and goals for your session. You can review samples and discuss any ideas you have in mind directly with the photographer. This process will ensure you get the most out of your session.

When your session date arrives, you can be sure that your session time will be just that - yours. You will never feel rushed at Studio S. You can expect a relaxed setting and plenty of time for creating incredible portraits. Your portrait session is not something you should dread. The goal of each session at Studio S is to have fun. When you are having fun, you are relaxed and your expressions are more natural. And that means breathtaking portraits that you and your family will cherish for a lifetime.

Your Investment

You already understand the power of portraits. But how much are your portraits worth? Many people choose a photographer based solely on price. But what are you getting for your money? Does the studio ask about your preferences and tastes or do they tell you what you want? How much time does the photographer spend with you? What other products and services are available? Are you treated as a valued client or just another number?

The Creation fee reserves your time and includes the planning and creating of all images. This fee is nonrefundable and must be paid prior to your session in order to reserve your time. You may reschedule your session once with 24 hour notice.

After your portrait session, your next appointment will be the most exciting - the moment you have been waiting for. At this session you will be able to view your images in a custom designed slideshow set to music. Often, this is an emotional time, watching beautiful images of your family and reflecting on the value of your relationships. At the conclusion of this slideshow, you will be able to make your selections. While portraits may be purchased individually, most people prefer to purchase one of the packages available. With many to choose from, you will have no trouble finding just the right one to meet your needs.

Some questions to consider prior to this session: What size wall portrait(s) do you need? Do you want individual or group poses or some of each? Will you need additional portraits for friends and family? Since this is the only "view and choose session", please ensure that everyone involved in these important decisions is present.

A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. The balance is due upon notification that your order is ready. No part of an order may leave the studio without payment in full. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Unless prior arrangements have been made, accounts not settled within 20 days of notification that order is completed are subject to a 20% monthly finance charge on the existing balance.
